Catherine McCarthy
Catherine heads our crime department and she is a very well-respected criminal practitioner, who also specialises in prison law and miscarriage of justice cases. We also take on a wide range of cases, from road traffic offences, through to rape and murder.
Daniel Bonich
Daniel qualified as a Barrister before achieving dual-qualification status as a solicitor with Higher Rights. He leads the fraud and complex crime team dealing with cases which include bribery, confiscation and asset recovery, serious drug conspiracies business crime, homicide, food hygiene, human rights, rehabilitation of offenders cases, waste crime, and many more. He has appeared as a legal expert on BBC News and BBC radio.
Dennis Clarke
Dennis has vast experience in most areas of litigation, which led to him becoming the first solicitor in Kent to be awarded panel membership of the Serious Fraud Panel. He has successfully defended a large number of serious and complex fraud cases and high-profile criminal cases. He also specialises in early intervention to avoid prosecutions being brought.
Ray Collins
He leads the prison department and assists to make sure prisoners’ rights are upheld. They will assist to ensure the rights of prisoners are upheld from a client being incarcerated to assisting with re-categorisation, planning sentences, parole, home leave and recall.
Jennifer Mundy
In charge of the team of family lawyers, Jennifer runs the matrimonial department, which has an excellent reputation. The team specialises in ancillary relief and private and public law for the Children Act.
Sarah Speller
The civil litigation department is run by Sarah, which provides advice and assistance with housing cases, homelessness, disrepair, anti-social behaviour and neighbour nuisance. On the private side of law, the department also deals with employment, debt, contentious probate and professional negligence.
